The In-tend Contract Management module provides comprehensive control
of your suppliers Service Level Agreements through the use of KPI’s and Document Management. The Contract Register records all required information while the automation of Document Reminders ensure the supplier is pushed to keep their information up to date.

- Total visibility of all contract information across the organisation. Status flags show immediate at-a-glance supplier performance and document management. Flags change according to KPI scores, document expiry and many more.
- Contract Fields allow for bespoke user defined fields to be added to the register to record desired information. These fields can be set for private or public viewing if desired and allow for unlimited information to be recorded.
- Email prompts for contract renewals with user defined reminder periods.
- Multiple email prompts for document expiry for both the buyer and supplier. Documents can be set for private viewing or public for freedom of information requirements.
- Electronic questionnaires used for KPI’s with scoring to report against supplier performance. KPI schedules can be created to manage review meetings. Compare Answers give at-a-glance viewing of SLA’s trend. Ability to compare KPI results for multiple suppliers on the same contract.
- Report Writer allows user defined reporting against a contract for management info.
