About the Venue

The first recorded race at Epsom Downs was held in 1661.

The film, ‘Derby Day’ was set around the 1952 Epsom Derby and the racecourse was featured extensively.

The course has a crowd capacity of 130,000 with the New Duchess’s Stand, opened in 2009 holding 11,000.

In-Procurement LIVE 2017 brings together the In-tend community of Buyers and Suppliers, and will provide an excellent networking and collaboration opportunity for both exhibitors and those attending as a day delegate.

The Conference features a product showcase exhibition, topical seminars led by In-tend and a number of excellent external speakers, and will provide the ideal platform for any exhibitor seeking to raise the profile of their company within the public sector.

In addition, public sector buyer attendees will represent a wide range of organisations from across the public sector; including NHS, Local Authorities, Higher Education, Further Education and Housing Associations, as well as a number of private and third sector In-tend users.

In-Procurement LIVE 2017 will bring together the In-tend Community of procurement professionals for networking opportunities with like minded individuals, with the opportunity to engage with current and potential suppliers to your organisation showcasing their products and services at the exhibition.

The main focus of the day will be delivering updates on the In-tend software to learn about the latest enhancements to the software, and also hear some of the forthcoming developments. We also aim to deliver topical seminar sessions, delivered by In-tend and external speakers, around the following topics

Please note the agenda and topics are subject to final confirmation; however attendance includes refreshments throughout the day, lunch, access to the exhibition, and the opportunity to network with colleagues within the public sector.
